Compare new launches side by side, free

One page per sheet, every project in its own column. They hold the figures buyers usually spend weeks collecting.

  • Price range and price per sq ft
  • Sizes, land size, units and blocks
  • Maintenance fees and car parks
  • Tenure, developer and completion date

Where should we send it?

Free. By sending, you agree to be contacted by Malaysia Prime Property about these sheets, under our privacy policy.

Why buyers come to usThree show units, three brochures, and still no answer

You have walked three show units in a month. Each one was beautiful, and each brochure left out the monthly fees, the cash you need on signing day and how it compares with the tower next door.

That is when buyers message us. We set the projects side by side, rate each one on the same seven criteria, and work out your full cost, from stamp duty to the monthly instalment.

Then we tell you which layout and floor suit the way you will live. You decide, with the whole picture in front of you.

What is Malaysia Prime Property?

Malaysia Prime Property is an independent website that reviews new-launch residences across Malaysia, for buyers of prime and luxury property, including buyers from overseas. Each project page gives the starting price, layouts, floor plans, facilities, location and a rated review, and we send buyers the latest price lists on WhatsApp.

Which areas do you cover?

Bangsar & Bangsar South, Damansara Heights, KL City Centre, Taman Desa and Petaling Jaya, with more areas across Malaysia being added.

Which new launches are freehold?

There is a selection of freehold projects in Damansara Heights, KL City Centre and Taman Desa. See them all on our freehold shortlist.

How do I get the latest price list?

Fill in the form on any project page, or WhatsApp us. We send the latest price list, floor plans and your estimated monthly cost for the layouts you are interested in.

Can foreigners buy property in Malaysia?

Yes. Foreigners can buy property in Malaysia in their own name, and no MM2H visa is needed. In Kuala Lumpur the minimum purchase price for foreign buyers is RM1mil. Other areas set their own minimum, so WhatsApp us and we will check the project you have in mind.

Can I visit the showroom?

Yes. WhatsApp us with the project and a day that suits you, and we arrange a private viewing at its showroom.

Do you charge buyers a fee?

No. Buyers pay us nothing, whether for the reviews, the comparison sheets, the price lists or a private viewing. If you are looking for property in Malaysia, get in touch with us on WhatsApp.

Which area is best for luxury property in Kuala Lumpur?

It depends on how you want to live. KL City Centre puts you beside the Petronas Twin Towers, the malls and the offices. Damansara Heights is a quiet, landed neighbourhood with the MRT and a Pavilion mall at its edge. Bangsar is a café neighbourhood with its own LRT stations, between the city and Petaling Jaya.

Is a new launch better than a completed home?

Each suits a different buyer. A new launch is paid in stages as it is built, and you choose your layout and floor early. A completed home can be seen as it really is and moved into, or let, straight away. We review both, and each project page shows its completion date.

How do you review projects?

Every project is rated from 1 to 5 stars on the same seven criteria. They are location and connectivity, layouts, facilities, developer, price for the location, liveability and investment potential. Read how we review for what each one covers.
